Unwanted sms after DND

I have already registred for DND service on my mob 09895353067..on 10/10 ..after the 45 days of activation period i am still getting the sms ..please stop this ..otherwise we will look forward other actions... aritel is cheating customers..by doing this and by charging money for saying this to customer care executive..
