Balance deduction

I don't know why always services like caller tune etc automatically start to my number i really fed up. I want my account should always have positive balance but airtel never let me to do so. As soon number portability Launce I'll change my service provider. My number is 9685079156. Airtel has so many demerits regarding services... I AM STRUGGLING LITERALLY...
