Charged against service without activation

This is neeraj kumar having AIRTEL service in my mobile. no is 9997816967. on 29th of january they charged 50 rupees without any means. after asking they told me that these charges are against the radio mirchi service. if i have not activated this service then why they are charging so much amount from my balance. this is not a day problem rather this one is the problem till i purchased this service. i request you kindly resolve my problem.
