Balance cuting

A weekly subscription was activated on my mobile no. 9929062891. I called to customer care they told me that they can not give money back but they will stop this service. I said ok stop this service but after a week they cut my balance again and my call was disconnected when i call on customer care.then i called using my friend mobile and they told they will stop service but it is running till now and on 16.02.2011 this is 3rd time when my balance is cut. This weekly subscription is of Rs. 20.By compliming many times they refund once but did not deactivated this till now.
