Deduction of Rs.30 by deception

I am a subscriber of Air Tel Prepaid. My mobile No. is 9818715044. Today I received a message containing business card of Air tel Radio from 543213. I saved the business card being unaware of the consequences. As soon as I saved it, I received another message from the same number (543213) saying that "Thank you for subscribing to Air tel Radio. You have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days".

This is blatant fraud and deception. Please help me recover the Rs.30 snatched from me by such a deceptive and fraudulent practice. Thank you.
