Mobile refill not done

My account number is 01591050077447 and name is amol bagal.

Today, I refill of Rs. 50 and it is successfully done but again i tried to refill for 200 and i got transaction failed message on screen. When i checked my balance, 200 amount was deducted.

Please look into it.
