Deduct extra money

Hello,

I have been using airtel from last 3 year but from last 6 month, airtel has shown how they care for their old customer whenever the customer goes in roaming they automatically start a sms service, some time salman khan pack, some time matrimonial pack etc. and the best thing they are having customer can't complaint while roaming, when the customer comes back to it's home circle and complaint first they refuse to commit that the pack was activated from there side and when customer proves it by telling some details then they said sorry and after 2-3 days give refund, this thing has happend with me more then 5 times and in one or two cases I haven't got refund. Today I was using internet on my mobile and i used it for 5-6min. and when balance came they deducted Rs.20, I was shocked seeing this immediately I check how much data I have sent and recieved and it was 1MB (max.) instead it can be less also and if you make charges according to that it becomes Rs.7 at it's max. so please help me, I am calling complaint number they have blocked me, what should I do? help me!
