Money deduction

Sir. i have a prepaid connection of Airtel no.9717019018 and every time i am geting messages fro airtel and there after my money is being deducted from my account. after contacting customeer care it is told the you might have pushed any button, which is false and a trick to misguide the customer. please stop thse all and make my money refund or if it continue i have to put it in Newspapers and other my freinds to stop using Airtel.
