Unnecessary Balance deduction

I am using a airtel no. and there has been an issue with my no. from past two months that has not yet been resolved.

whenever i recharge my phone for more than 30 rs., 30 rs. automatically get deducted from my balance every time without any notification and reason.

whenever i call up customer care..they dont provide me with the information on this and never help me to resolve the problem.

this is really SAD in the part of the co. that they are deducting the balance unnecessarily and not giving any reason for it and not even trying to resolve it.

I would suggest ppl to consider this and think bfore choosing AIRTEL as their service provider as this could happen to u too..!!
