HSBC Credit Card
Raised bill instead of not using the card

My name is Mohammed Aslam Hussain, holding HSBC Credit card.

I have never used it, Still HSBC bank people have sent me the Bill of Rs. 2, 832.77 INR. When I inquired with customer care people they are stating that I have purchased using HSBC credit Card. I want to know the details where in I can submit my complain and strict action is taken against the Bank people.

I suggest you to stay away from this credit card company!!! This company has raised bill on my card for no apparent reason.
