Wrongly Deducted Balance

I had Subscribed to Airtel Mobile tv on 23 April
after using it for 2 days i sent many requests (Starting From 25 april) to deactivate the service in every possible way including message, MMI code and even calling airtel complaint nos many times.
I was given many complaint nos and even after talking to supervisors and many different representatives who gave me a guarantee of 48 hours, nothing has been done so far.
Since the time of my first deactivation request (25 April) over Rs. 310 worth of balance has been deducted and i am unable to use my phone as any balance i recharge with gets deducted.
for example, after keeping my balance zero for a week, i reacharged with rs. 120... and all of it has been deducted on 23 may.
I Request you to file an official complaint for the same.
A lot of Inconvenience has been caused as i am a student who cannot afford such levied charges and have to travel from delhi to noida everyday with zero balance.
