HSBC Credit Cards
Charging of annual fees

I am a [classic] credit card customer of HSBC bank. The card has already expired in May.

When i had bought this card in May they had assured that this is a lifetime free card there won't be any annual fees.

However last month [ May], i got an sms saying that there is Rs. 783.52 outstanding on my card. Since I have never used my card I suppose it is the annual fees they are charging.
