Unauthorized charges

I have been using the airtel sim since 5-6 years. some time before i purchased a 3g phone on which i activated a GPRS service of airtel. In this service, 10 rupee are supposed to be charged by the company on daily basis. Some days before company has cut down the 480 rupees instantly on the name of browsing charges while my GPRS scheme is running. I talked about this with company fellow but they are just not ready to listen me. Please tell what to do?
