Unnecessary charges

I am unsatisfied with airtel service he forcely reduction my balance by saying game downloading i am sure i am not download any game from airtel recently he charge rs30 and rs60 i complaint immediately but nobody response my complaint and he was not refund my amount i want my money back pls help me my number is 9790059882..
