Deducted money but service not started yet

Dear sir

i have subscribed the airtel msg plans from my cell of rs 74..for that they have deducted the money from my balance on 28th of aug. untill they haven't subscribed the plan..then i complained about it in customer care..then filed my complain..and my request reference no is CBNRA30829518963... untill i haven't get the plan for which my money was deducted... and now they are not making my call to customer care also...
