Without my permission airtel increase my tariff plan

I am kuldeep jha. simply a user of internet services of airtel company. i take a internet plan of Rs 699 and after adding some taxes of Rs 70 to 80, bill reached at around Rs 780 .till 23 may all was fine after that increase my atriff plan.they make it a plan of Rs 936.

SIR i am not capable to pay it.i will pay bill according to my condition, my plan that i take.
