Unneccesory deduction of balance

I am an airtel subscriber since the last few years... and airtel have been a very bad sim provider since i am loosing money daily without any reason.airtel charges me around 5-10 rs a day just like that... i see service provider messages in my mobile when i havent done anything with it... i checked if some offer was activated... but the customer service wasnt of any help either... i try calling them every day, but even they cant help me!...i would like to lodge a complaint against airtel about the same!!!
