Auto activation of services and complaint

I have buyed an airtel sim bearing number 8600484475.The service provider has automatically assign a hellotune. I have compliant to customer care about it, and strictly said do not activate any further service. After that they have activated deal pack and keep on detecting 3Rs/3 days and even they didnot connect my phone call to customer care.
