Alance deduction

Really really frustrating and poor technical maintainance for the biggest air owner in India.

Why would they deduct my balance just by clicking a link and why not they deduct it after the download.

This is not my first experience about balance deduction by airtel. I have been using this same no for more than 3 years.

Previously they used to send me links and which I clicked, they deducted my account.

This time am totally unaware, there was no link sent to me and when I woke up I saw a message saying I downloaded java games and Rs. 99 has been deducted. this happened at 5:35 am 11th october. And the truth is I am really frustrated and I am willing to go to the highest authority if this was done willingly just to extract from the consumers. Please resolve it as soon as possible I am going MNP for which I am never alone.
