No help from technical support

Every 5-10 minutes some money is being deducted from my main balance of the number 9677152653. I am not using any services. I tried calling customer care for help, five times but they still do not feel the necessity to help me. They keep giving random solutions which obviously do not work. Please try and help me out here.
