Unnecessray deduction of balance amount

Sir/madam,

This complaint is regarding with reference to my mobile no 9004293372.My balance have been deducted by airtel for no reason. Inspite of calling customer care there is no response as they dont have clarification for the deducted amount. I m helpless in the middle of night with no balance to call or sms.

I suggest i should get reimbursement of the amount as soon as possible or else i have to take serious actions against airtel for mental harassment.

i think i have made it very clear by my statement.

I m expecting quick response with clear justification...
