Balance Debited without use

I have done recharge of Rs 250 on Date 19-feb-12 time 15:12 and This balance has Debited from my account at 22:30 in same Day. But as per my knowledge I done call of Rs 25 (aprox) and 2 hours net suffering. After that I found Zero balance in my Account Without any Messege Information. I think this is Mistake of Surver. I also complained to Customer care but not replyed till now. So Plz Reply me soon and credit my balance on my no.9729504829
