Debited money form Saving account but not credited in credit card account

My account in Greater kailash II in ICICI Bank, a/c no is 031101503064, i have payment to icici bank Credit card Rs 600.00 through phone banking on 7 september amount is debited to saving account, but not credited to credit card account, i have a lot of time requested to costumer care but no body to care this situation, he/she said to me: your amount is credited to your saving account in 5 days, but at this time either amount is not credited to saving account or credit account.

Very poor service!
