Wrong deduction of amount in a fradulant way

I am a customer of airtel service provider for mobile (prepaid) communication for the past 7 years. I stayed on exclusively with this service provider because of good network connectivity. Once in a way there will be wrong debiting from my account and since it was less than Rs.10 each time, I used to ignore it. Though I have registered for DND daily unsolicited messages (15 - 20 on average) were coming and of late suddenly I noticed a huge difference in my a/c balance. On contacting I got a message that i have subscribed for india twit news and kollywoodMMS and they were debiting Rs1 Rs.2 on daily basis. In the last week I contacted the customer care service (Mr. Mukundan and Ms. Sona came on line) and was promised that it will be rectified in a few hours and if not satisfied I will be put with higher officials. But the irony is both did not happen till now. Now when I attempt to contact the customer care on 198 there is no response. They have blocked my access to the customer care, it seems. Now I have a strong doubt that this company is doing fraudulent act by wrong debits from the customers (generally customers will ignore such small amounts deducted wrongly and this customer psychology is advantageous to fraud companies like airtel) but if you see / calculate on all india basis, it will be in crores of rupees. I have decided to change the service provider since customer service is very very poor in airtel.
