Very bad customer service!

Myself is Asif Eqbal. I am a AIRTEL mobile service user, my cell no is 9831098615. I sent a SMS on 10-07 on mobile number 09417223994 but message sending is failed, instead this they cut charges for this SMS. when I call to customer care then they are not accepting to refund balance. This is only one example, but type of problem always happens.
