Wrong balance deduction

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Airtel prepaid connection. My no. is 9871364880. There is some service called 'Big fat free store' which has been activated on my no. since 09.04. although i did not subscribe for the same. I registered the complaint with Airtel customer care on 9 April (reference no. - ROVAD 50409192719) and 10 April (ref. no. - COVWC 30410961135); to deactivate the service and refund of my money. But it has been of no use. Every day Rs.5 or more is being deducted from my balance. I have already lost Rs.35 till this time.

Kindly help me in getting the service deactivated as soon as possible, and refund of all the wrong deduction of the money in the process till the matter is solved.
