CREDIT CARD FRAUD

My name is Bainish and i had an ICICI Credit card in the year 2009 i have made the payment of approx. 41000 in 2009 and got the receipt from that agent. after paying my amount i didn't checked my credit card account or statement as got so threatened by the calls which the agent use to make and destroyed the card and well as closed my account also in icici bank.

The first two payment was reflected in the statement while the other payment was not reflected in the statement. Now a person called Ranveer called me and was asking me to do a full and final settlement by april- May for Rs. 32500. I agreed to settle because I want to remove my name from defaulters list as said by ranveer that my name is reflecting in that list and for which I paid 9000 and 4000 after that I contacted customer care than I came to know that my dues are showing 64000. I dont understand if i had paid more why my name is reflecting in the list and bank is saying they dont have the record of third payment. Is this my fault that amount is not reflecting why should i be responsible to pay this amount again and be harrassed by an agent. Can you please help me in what should i be doing to proceed further. I don’t want to settle this again my family/relatives are being harassed by the agent. They are receiving threatening calls from the agent enquiring about me and using abusive language. The employee name is Ranveer, who is calling all my relatives to gather information about me without taking my consent.
