Settlement & Final Closure Lette

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was carrying a ICICI Bank Credit card (401344014317000 / 9401344014317000) which I cancelled due to some Payment & Charges conflict. After 1 year or so, I was repeatedly called by the bank officials for the payment of the dues which was much more than my actuals. Anyway finally a settlement amount was finalized by the bank officials which I payed before the due date. But I was said that after the settlement amount is paid, I will be recieving my Settlement Letter (original) and the Final Closure statement within 2-~3 weeks time. But more than 6 months have been passed, I am yet to recieve the same.

Hence it is my kind request to the Bank to kindly look into the matter and send me the Settlement Letter (original) and the Final Closure statement along with the Clearance/NOC so that my name can be deleted from CIBIL for which I am facing a lot of problems.
