Worst service of ICICI Bank Credit Card

Dear Sir,

I want to pay my all the dues but as per bank advertise i want to convert all of my dues to emi. i mailed to bank several times from feb to april (now), But no reply found from bank side, and they keep updating the interest. now amount is too heavy to pay near double i actual use.

suggest me what should i do?
