Deduction in balance

Sir,

Yesterday night at 2.20 am i activated 1gb@Rs 98 gprs pack. I received a message for balance deduction and activation in the next hour. But today at 5 pm Rs.123 got deducted from my account for gprs usage. I tried contwcting the customer service but they havent yet picked any of my calls.
