Unwarranted deduction

Without my permission, Airtel activated Cooking tips.

I got a message on 15/06 saying that the same was activated. On enquiry, I came to know that it was activated since 1/11.

When I asked for reimbursement, they refused. After several attempts, they told me that their manager would call me in 4 hours. However, I never got any such call. They just registered my complaint no. as CBDOV20621098876 and made no further contact. And I never received any cooking tips! Pure cheating!!!
