ICICI Personal Loan
Harassed by ICICI Office

Sir/Madam,

My name is Ashish Krishna. R . A girl named Shanthi called me regarding a personal loan in ICICI with an interest percent of 11%. I applied for a personal loan. Then again a guy called me regarding the loan and said me the percent to be 18% and not 11%. When I asked for the girl who called me he said that she had resigned. But since I was in need for money I applied for it. It is been in the process for the past 1 month. Till now I did not get it. Yesterday when I went to the office for my clarification I found my photo was replaced by someone else. When I asked regarding this Mr. SASI (9941264522) told me that it was submitted to them by an agency. He was very helpful and he tried his best in resolving the issue and told me that he would try his best in getting the loan by the next day. When I Called the agent head (I do not remember his name but his Number is 9382151170) and he was saying that he was not available in the office for one week. And I asked him to connect me to Micheal (T.L) or Kuberan (Sales Executive) but he told me he does not know their number. But he followed and got me their head number but promised me that he would get me the loan by next day evening. But when I called today my file was rejected since there was no Signature proof. Sasi then connected me to his head Arul who is the Sales manager- Personal Loan Chennai. His response was harsh. He talked as if I did the mistake. It was very humiliating. I was harassed by him through phone. This is the worst I had ever had. Now I need the cheque by tommorow atleast such that I could fulfil mu necessities which is very urgent but as of now I do not think I will be getting it. Lets see. But for ICICI only one request kindly keep people who could undergo frustrations with ease and ask them not to show it on customers.
