Recharge Unsuccesfull

Dear Sir,

I recharged on Airtel Digital Dish TV, but when i spoke to Airtel Customer care executive, they told me recharge not done successfully.

But HDFC Bank Ltd debited the amount. Details as under

So kindly look at this matter.either recharge the same or refund my money.
