my name is chaitanya swaroop mishra, i was designated in noida 63 branch as sr. sales executive in 2008.my fos no.is 2440.my joining date was 9th april.and leaving date is 7th oct.i had applied for epf after one year as on 1st oct.i contact in between time to miss jyoti who is in hr in delhi.she told me in the month of may that your epf will come on july 1st week after the confirmation to mr.gandharve in mumbai branch.she had given me his land line no-02266698469.i contact so many times but the ph is not picked by anyone.when i ask my epf no. to provide me, she tell me that she does'nt have.delebrately she do not provide me my epf no.at the end of the month of july 23 when i ask her about my epf status she told me i fill another form to received epf amount.plz tell me what will i do to get my epf no.and amount of epf., i need a favourable response. my email id is vucal6csm@gmail.com, and my contact no is -09891714654.
