IGL Gas Pipeline
Over charging of bill

Sir, I am having gas pipeline, Business Partner No. 4000015634, in the month of July I received a invoice of Rs. 8440.18 showing consumption of 340 SCM. The bill shows current reading of 709.00 whereas the meter shows 409.00. The complaint was made by me in your office, the complaint no. was ONM201140875. After that four time different officers have visited my residence and checked the meter and assure me that the bill will be corrected. But all in vain, as I have received the latest bill today showing current reading of 986.37 and bill of Rs. 15491.28. Whereas today i.e. the meter shows the reading of 457.00.

Sir, it may please be intimated to me 1. What action has been taken by you on my complaint. 2. What report has been submitted by your officers after visiting my residence.

Kindly look into this matter personelly and issue a corrected bill so that the payment can be made in time.
