I subscribed for Airtel DTH with customer id 3000251623 with annual subscription. I paid for the whole year & apart from that subscribed for few la carte channesl & paid for them a lum sum amount of rs 500/-. After few months I was intimated thru sms that I have a minus balance & recharge immediately, which I did, but after few days again yhis wasrepeated. I immediately intimated the customer care to cancel all my additional packages. This request was not met & again I received the sms to recharge imediately. The customer care rep is not available easily inspite of several tries. Suddenly today the services to my DTH have been stopped. I want to lodge a complaint regarding it.
