I am a customer of Airtel for more than ten years and recently i have been shocked with a telephone bill of 60K (Sixty thousand).
Upon calling the customer service my request was never understood several times and later upon requesting to esclate the matter a complaint was logged under ref no: 37622118.
I am surprised that the airtel management team (customer service) are not bothered to understand the problem and keep repeating tha the charges are correct as the phone was used for roaming. They give me list of countries i have never visited and are saying it my fault.
I have esclated the matter but had no response. I am so irritated that i want to put a court case and sue Airtel for the truama and tension to my family. What more funny is that they keep sending SMS to check if i am happy with the service received.
My escalation to media has also not got me an answer as it seems the press is also hand in glove with these companies and dont bother to listen to customer complaints.
