Cheating on call rate

It's been advertised in the Kachchh district of Gujarat, by Airtel cellular company that if users from Reliance or Uninor moves to airtel using mobile portability, they will be given with a special scheme of call rate, that's all India for 0.25/Per Minute. So I decided to follow the special scheme. Now when, one month is over Airtel has stopped providing promised call rate. Now if customer wants to take advantage of that scheme, they are suppose to pay 30.00Rs. per month. It's a purely chiting. Please help me on this.

I was using Reliance GSM ***** 05354 and moved to Airtel as conditions applied.
