Unwanted Cricket score update SMS

Hello!

It is shocking and very surprising that there has been regular balance cut for INR 5 for 'Live Cricket Score Update' through SMS - which was never authorised or solicited for.

Can you immediately take action for unsubscribing this and refund all the money that was deducted for the last 10 days atleast?

Also, I tried using SMS route of unsubscribing the same - it never worked or got any reply response - What the hell is happening with AIRTEL?
