Deduction of main credit balance

Dear Sir/Madame,

On dated 18th June friday, Since 4:30 pm my main credit balance with airtel has been deducted persistantly for browsing and other unauthorized charges of which I have not used the service from my mobile number 919748349745. This is happening continuously till now at 7:00.

During this time I have talked 3 times to the customer care executive and have not got the proper response and my problem is not redressed. The executives are arrogant in listening my complaint not admitting their fault of deducting my mail credit balance. They are putting my call on hold asking for the transfer to their supervisor and adopting other practices to avoid our queries moreover charging for communicating with airtel customer care. However the first time I talked to the executive had refunded Rs 2 to my balance but again the process of charging for browsing started even after de activating my airtel live browsing facility. This is disappointing me. My main credit balance was Rs244.56approx which is reduced to 231.26 by charging for browsing airtel live which they claim to be free of cost and which i have not browsed or used any kind of service as such.

I request to whom it may concern to look into this matter take some stern action against them for doing this kind of nuisence to me which is happening till now. I am in a difficulty because I will be facing problem if I change my cell phone number to any other operator. Kindly help me regarding this problem.
