Charged rs99 for games without my concern

Charged Rs99 after a message of one day free trial and will be charged Rs99 per month the message received message was from 54321. and with free trial and ireceived 2nd message from http//gclub.in that Rs99 was charged. I also get calls for some ring tone calls, astology, film stars news etc for which i am not interested and i need the phone just be in contact with the people concerned with or known to me. Is there a chance of my getting back my money. I only to use phone only to make and receive calls and mobile illtrate people me are exploted by the moile companies so it should be asystem where it ask for a conformation that amont is being charged are willing to pay if iam accepting then only it should be charged with a reconfermation message . thanking you.
