Activation of scheme without consent

On my mobile no. 9818710732 carrier tips is being activated frequently without my consent and five rupees is charged. I talked to customer care personnel on 29.1.2012 at 1127 hrs for deactivation vide request no. CBDOV20129918516. Though they have confirmed that the carrier tips has been deactivated but I have no faith. Last week also I faces the same problem. even on assurance, the scheme was activated again without my consent.

I may point out that I am registered for DND. Even then I am getting such SMS frequently and the scheme is activated without my consent.

I want to make it clear that I am not interested in any scheme nor I want any promotional scheme to be sent on my mobile.

I sincerely hope that suitable action wll be taken at your end and I wll not be harrased any more.
