Deduction of amount from phone illegally

Sir / Madam,

I have a Airtel mobile phone connection (No.9831631506). I am finding that since few weeks, almost everyday Airtel is deducting 30 paise from my phone without any valid reason. I lodged complaint with Airtel customer care service several times but they are not giving any valid reason for this deduction of 30 paise. Sometimes they are telling due to internet and / or GPRS they are deducting the said amount from my phone.

I would like to inform you that I do not have any internet / GPRS facility in my phone and also I do not know how to use these facility in mobile phone.

I can not understand why Airtel is deducting unauthorised charges from my phone, which is totally illegal. I will inform the same to the Chairman of Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Please look into the matter and arrange to stop deducting amount immediately.
