Unknown promotional mobile call & sms

I have received messages, calls as and when unncessarily disturbing me and asking me for subscription of songs, games etc. which is unknown to me. whenever I try to call back, no exist tune have heard to me.

Also day by day the balance is reducing for such receiving the calls.

THis should be stopped immediately and take necessary action immediately.
