Unauthorised debit

Dear Sir,

Unauthorised debit and reducing existing balance from the prepaid mobile is now a very common complain. A lot of mobile companies are coming up and every body want make profit. But making profit by cheating customers is not a professional business ethics.

My prepaid airtel number is 09668412793. Last 4 to 5 times, airtel deducted Rs 5 (each time), saying that you have renewed love messages, which I never done. But yesterday they have deducted Rs 30 against renewal of "Airtel Friendz Chat service", which I have never opted. If you don't have a balance in your account you can't call, but the Airtel Company charged Rs 30, making my balalnce to minus Rs 4/-.

I want a immediate solution and want my account to be credited for all this unauthorised debits.
