Not Refunding three Smester fees of 18 students after not registering to University

Hello sir,

This is about the future of 18 students. The above mentioned college has given admission to the students (graduate appearing students) by giving them the assurance that they can submit their documents later.the students went to college for six months and they also asked for the second and third semester fees.few of them submitted second and third semester fees and few only second (which was like 2.5 lac-3.5lac).but at the time of first sem exam they were not giving them admit cards and at the day before exam they told the students that they were not eligible for appearing in exams cause they submitted the docs late but the reality is that they never even ENROLLED those students to university and use their money. Now students are asking for their money but they are not giving them back. Students are waiting for their ammount so that they can take admission to another college but no positive signs.even one of the student has taken an attempt of committing SUCIDE.they filed a case in CONSUMER FORUM, but you know he Indian System.plzz I'll grateful to you if you can do something in this matter cause it's a future of not only single students but about 18 student.you can take further Information at 9555359606.thanks
