This is to inform you that on 14th Dec, one lady claiming from SBI Head office, called me few times asking my credit card details for some promotional offer and credit limit increase. As a senior citizen of 77 years old, I had no idea that the call is not really from SBI and I had to disclose my credit card details. After sometimes I got a message from SBI that Rs. 6999 has been charged from a company named "IVR cache merchantile pvt.ltd". Immediately I called SBI and blocked the card. I am not responsible for this payment. I am a pension holder and I can not afford to pay this amount which I have not spent. I hope SBI will be able to track this company and take lawful action.
