Deduction of amount

I am receiving a message from AirtelLive (A the message is "You have been renewed for Jobs subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10."

Am getting this message from 29th january till today (2nd Feb except 30th Jan). Each time 10 Rs (total 40 Rs.) had been deducted from my account even though I never subscribed for it. I complained about it in the no 198 and got the confirmation that I will get my talk time back and they will stop the service. But neither did they stopped the service but am geeting this message everyday and m balance is getting deducted everyday. Please help me about this.
