Sudden debit

My Mobile No. is 9652913661 and using airtel prepaid service yesterday (i.e.21.01.10) my balance suddenly got reduced by Rs.50/-. When contacted they had given a reson some inter net button had been pressed. Kindly let me know the exect resaon as this has happend earlier also.
