Sir, we have applied for housing loan through one the sales manager Mr. Raju at Hyderabad[Secunderabad] and submitted all the required documents.surprisingly he has expressed his inability stating that the copy of the plan is not in order. It is clearly showing that for apartments, municipal authorities will approve for entire building. In our case it is Ground 2 upper floors. Even scheme of BRS was introduced by the MCH Authorities and it is very much available.

I am surprised to note that in entire Hyderabad and secunderabad sanction was given for floor wise and subsequently regularised, which is not able to understand the point.
